Youth Football Rules

Youth Football

The answer may surprise you. Many youth football teams try to emulate the coach that he had seen on television over the last week or what the coach ran like a high school player 20 years ago. Unfortunately, what works in the College or Pro level on television often does not work very well at the youth level. High School Coach of the system may well have proved to his team’s 20-30 years ago, 6 days a week of practice and fleet Running back, but sad at the youth level.

At the youth level of our work as a coach is to teach children how to block and deal effectively and safely. We teach them how to get in good positions, as well as basic rules and strategies. Our most important task should be to make football equipment for the player and coach of our team up to their full potential.

However, you can have fun and win at the same time. In fact, most players who play on the long-term loss of losing their love of the game and quit. This is one reason I developed these coaching materials for my own child 400 organizations, so that our coaches will be sufficiently competent to coach their children, God-given potential. To enable our teams to play competitively, these children will continue to participate in our program. In fact, my materials are filled, how to make the practice as a well-organized and fun.

Most of the plays or schemes, the typical youth coach has in his textbook is not intended for the talent level of most youth teams. I see no commands, speed is often trying to run sweeps, I can see, with groups of children who can not throw or catch a throw (trying to throw) is 20 households. I see bootlegs of working with a very slow Quarterbacks. I see a group working dive play without leading the windows in the heart of the youth defense. I see a group trying to failure against the disciplined teams on huge losses. I see the passage of models 3-4 and even 5 receivers. I see a group trying to get 9 years, to read two different defenders option plays, etc. etc. etc.

In his youth football helmet every year is different, you will always have a large group or have a very fast “function Back”, which can outrun all of scope to play. Unlike college or pro, you do not have 100s kids from across the country or choose from 20-40 hours a week of practice time. In my opinion the team that wins, because they occur only have a fast baby in the league, and he is ahead of all the twists and returns to strike a joke, lucky thing. Football is a game of team and coach will not give Sweeps for touchdowns, or when a deep thrust that TI Speedster. My first team defense did not refuse to scan for evaluation within 5 years.
