Why does windows explorer (XP) lock up for 60 seconds after i unlock the screensaver? After 60, all is OK.?
Toolbars on IE won’t do anything. When i mimimize a window, the image stays on the desktop. After about 60 seconds, everything “unlocks” and clears up and works like normal. All current maint on XP SP02.
check and see if in your power properties, your harddrive is set to turn off, the stall may be it spinning back up and accessing
