Downloaded Free Screensaver, It was a virus, Computer will not start.Need help?
Ok a family member of mine downloaded a Free Fish Screensaver onto their new computer, well it turned out to be a virus and their comp is messed up beyond belief. so im trying to fix it. so far ive tried to
(1). plug my monitor in to see if i could atleast have options…didnt work and computer doesnt stay on long enough to be able to access safe mode
(2) look up answers… also failed
(3) Asking in Yahoo answers…. Currently wainting for an answer
P.S. Plz dont just spam about tossing out, getting a new or Reformatting the comp. because i’ve heard those answers on every bloody website.

Use a paper clip to open the cd drive (push it in the little hole) and put the cd in. Then boot the pc and pray the BIOS is set to boot from cd. Then you can do a virus scan from Mcafee and F-Prot from the bootable cd, and that should get your pc up and running.
