How to make Windows Vista display in Chinese?
my uncle jsut bought a laptop that has windows vista home premium (english) and his wife wants to start learning how to use the computer, however she knows very little english. is there a way, software or configuration, to make windows display chinese along with the english, or even only chinese? such as the “start” button or “file” and etc… i saw some xp pro computers with this ability and some software such as nj star, but nj star only shows chinese on web pages.
