What do you with an annoying kid at your daycare but their grandma is the owner?
There is this kid at my daycare and he is really annoying and mean. All the other kids get in trouble if they are being mean but he never gets in trouble because his grandma thinks he is just a sweet little angel. What should I do?
I do not work there though I am a 10 year old kid!
This is pretty much a good description of any workplace. There is always someone who is connected or favored by the the boss. You have no option but to put up with it or quit. Of course, this shouldn’t stop you from telling him that he is being rude. However, make sure that you also reward his good behavior. Too many times, we only enforce negative behavior because we pay more attention to it than the positive behavior. So…make sure that you are heaping on the compliments when he is well-behaved.
