i live n apts he took a pic of a car the parkin lot and behind the apts were its dark at night and was talkin to the land owner and took pics of the hall way and other places could it b undercover police he was dressed in suit had the ear piece and had real nice car a lexus he looked like one he tried to get the pic of the carprety fast and was lookin around so no one seen him he went to the buildin next to me and went inside apt they can c the car and the building could they b setting up cameras in the hall ways n at the neihbors maybe for survelience to watch the area
Sounds like he might have been an insurance investigator or maybe a representative of a finance company setting up for repossessing the car.
