What are some Good Games! 
?
I would like to find a game that my friend and I could both enjoy. I like RPG (Role Playing Games) games but he likes FPS (First Person Shooter) games. We currently play SRO (Silkroad Online). He is getting bored of RPG’s. So I wouldn’t mind trying a FPS for him. But I don’t know any free good ones. We want an online free game. So something that has a storyline that is really cool.

CounterStrike $9.99
-The mothership of all FPS games. Biggest community out of all the games. Steeper learning curve than most shooters. No single player, all online play.
CounterStrike Source $19.99
-Same as the original counter-strike but with better graphics and more maps. Most people play this version now. This version does not have as steep of a learning curve, but it stays true to the original formula.
Call of Duty $49.99
-One of the most popular shooter games to date. Great all around game. Game of the year by most magazines. No cooperative but amazing online competition with multiple game modes.
Call of Duty World of War $49.99
-You two would really enjoy the online cooperative play where you can your husband could play the entire single player together online and with other people. It also has very fun cooperative and non-cooperative online player modes. Gameplay is not as crisp as Call of Duty 4

Hellgate London
-Online servers shutdown in 3 months, but you will still be able to play from your LAN connection. This game plays like any other RPG (loot etc), but you play the role of a shooter. Guns, armor, etc. Finding this game may be hard to find, try ebay.
AMAZING RPG/FPS GAME BUT NO ONLINE PLAY!
Fallout 3 – $49.99
-One of the best RPG games in recent years, but it cost money (or u can download it illegally ;p). No online play! Will play like a FPS game, but it holds true to a RPG. Amazing story and takes a while to beat.
Mass Effect – $39.99
-Amazing RPG game that also plays like a FPS. However, you also control 2 squad members. Your members have deep story lines and you will feel attached to them and hate yourself when you make a choice to have one of them killed. Overall an amazing game. No online play. Cost money.
Out of this list, America’s Army is the only free game with real quality to it, but you will be lacking that story mode you are looking for. Call of Duty World of War would be most enjoyable for a couple, it will give you the ability to really feel like you are playing together and not just playing in the same server, but it will cost you money.
